Snezana Vavra McGender

Die McGender School of Irish Dancing ist Mitglied der World Irish Dance Association. Die Schulleiterin, Snezana Vavra McGender, erwirbt zur Zeit ihren W.I.D.A.-Tanzlehrer-Abschluss (T.C.R.G. / A.D.C.R.G).

Im Laufe des Jahres wird die Schule an vielen Veranstaltungen teilnehmen. Ihr erklärtes Ziel ist es, den Bekanntheitsgrad des Irish Dancing zu steigern. Mit Freude und Spannung werden außerdem weitere Teilnahmen an Wettbewerben im Stepdancing (auch Feis genannt) erwartet.

I would like to express my special thanks to my good friend Sean for sharing his knowledge of Traditional Irish Dance with me. Without his patient but persistent teaching, I would never have learned so many traditional Irish dances in such a short time. My students and I are proud to have him as a teacher and friend.
